Mobile Food Pantry
Did you know that we have served over 183,000 pounds of food to more than 10,000 Families?
In partnership with Feeding Tampa and the United Way of Central of Florida's End Hunger Initiative, our mobile food pantry is open to ALL of Polk County!
Our Mulberry food pantry operates on the first and third Fridays of each month, and our Haines City food pantry operates on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. See information on the flyers below.



Clothing Pantry
Utility Bill Assistance,
Rent / Mortgage Assistance:
Mulberry Community Service Center offers a clothing pantry, utility bill assistance, and rent/mortgage assistance for clients who qualify. Certain restrictions apply depending upon funding source.
To enroll for assistance, all clients must provide the following:

Social Security cards for everyone in the household

Photo ID for all adults in the household
-
Proof of physical address
-
Proof of all income, bank/savings statements for up to 13 weeks

Birth certificates for all children in household
In addition we require the following for rent, mortgage, and/or utility assistance:

Application
-
Basic budget worksheet
-
Proof of ability to continue payments on rent/mortgage

Copy of lease
-
3-Day notice / overdue mortgage statement

Overdue notice for utilities

Thrift Store:
The Mulberry Community Service Center Thrift Store is located at 211 NW First Avenue, Mulberry, FL 33860, and has a constantly changing variety of inventory from our generous donors. We offer clothing, housewares, limited furniture, knick-knacks, holiday decorations, vintage pieces, and more. Proceeds are used to pay our utilities so that we are self-sufficient and able to use all grants/donations to serve the community. Come browse and see what treasures you can find!
